Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: New enrolments only.
2. Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by 11:59 PM NZDT on 1st December 2024.
3. Golden Tickets: Up to 10 Golden Tickets, each covering one year of free education, will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers. If fewer than 10 eligible entries are received, Chrysalis reserves the right to award fewer tickets.
4. Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected and notified by phone or email on 20th December 2024.
5. Scholarship Validity: Enrolment must begin by 13th January 2025, or the prize may be forfeited.
6. Non-Transferability: The Golden Ticket is valid only for the child named in the entry and is non-transferable to others.
7. Applicable Fees: The Golden Ticket covers standard tuition for one year. Additional costs (e.g., special activities, excursions, extended care) are charged separately.
8. Chrysalis Policies: All standard Chrysalis terms, policies, and attendance rules apply. The prize must be used in line with the centre’s operating hours and enrolment requirements.
9. Right to Disqualify: Chrysalis reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms or contain false information.
10. Enrolment is subject to booking times/days availability and waitlists.
11. Publicity: By entering, winners agree to participate in promotional activities related to the giveaway, including social media posts and photos.
